"I looked at the end table next to my bed, and there were six different medications I had to take every night. Not to mention the other three in the morning. This just seemed so ridiculous to me. All of my doctors just handed me pills for everything that was bothering me. It is not like these medications were making me feel better anyway. I was exhausted every day, moody, had brain fog and hot flashes, couldn’t lose weight, and always felt so stressed out. This is not how I thought I would be living my life at 56 years old.
I had to do something different. Something that actually made sense to me. I found Dr. Erika and her team on Facebook and decided to give it a shot. After meeting with Dr. Erika, I knew this was the place. This was going to put me in control of my health and not let me rely on a bunch of pills.

"I entered this program as a healthy woman looking to improve my overall wellness in order to live a long, productive life.
